HOME-14Americas · EurasiaDigital pack

Know what stops working at home. Plan what comes next.

Digital preparation packs for a house and the people in it: supplies, compatible equipment choices and actions your household can follow. Worked out for one US region, readable offline.

The free example is a separate, smaller case: a one-day budget for one refrigerator on a different station model.

Digital files onlyReaders in the Americas and EurasiaPrivate preview: sales closed

One house, six connected systems

  1. Grid down. The service line is cut. Nothing in the plan assumes it comes back.
  2. Cold. Fridge 1,854 Wh/day + 240 Wh/day standby of the portable power stations = 2,094 Wh for one 24-hour window. No recharge is counted; after the window, food follows the no-cold plan.
  3. Water. 212 L needed for 4 adults over 14 days; 242 L stored.
  4. Food. 1,995 kcal per adult per day, no cooking.
  5. Waste. 135 sealed toilet kits; 56 L of greywater to hold. Holding is planned for 2 days; where it goes after that is not set.
  6. Phone. Charging is planned. A network is not assumed.
  7. Adults A and B. A starts the plan; B carries the daily routine: 85 min a day (105 min on day 1) of 120 min available. B can run it from paper.

Training example, not your house: 4 adults, 14 days, Oregon. Every number comes from the pack’s own calculation for this example.

Five kinds of events. One worked example today.

Each card says exactly what is covered. Where the work is not done, we say so instead of implying protection.

  • Wind, storm and flooding

    Worked example: power outage

Worked example: a usable house without grid power — a 24-hour refrigerator path and a 14-day no-cold food plan (training values; your measurements decide). Wind, flood and the structure itself are not covered.

One decision, three routes

Keep the refrigerator running, or plan food that needs no cold?

Training example4 adults · 14 daysOregon, USAStation price as of Oct 29, 2026

Route 1 Fridge on 2 stations for 24 hours

Power stations to buy
$1,7982 × Elite 200 V2 portable power station at $899. Bought separately; ARKMORROW does not sell equipment.
Energy
2,094 Wh / 24 h2 windows of 12 h, one station each: 1,586 Wh usable per station for 1,047 Wh needed. No recharge is counted.
Food
1,995 kcalCold for the first 24 h only (what it saves is not calculated). For all 14 days the food is the no-cook menu.
Daily work
105 minon day 1, then 85 min a day; 120 min available.
2 · Water stock, quality and access
212 LReady-to-eat: no cooking heat; water for drinking and cleanup, packaging and daily work still remain.
5 · Sanitation, separate waste streams and finite holding
56 LSeparate greywater

Conditional choice for the first 24 hours. It becomes your plan only after you measure your own fridge.

Route 2 Ready-to-eat food, no cold

Power stations to buy
$0No stations.
Energy
noneNo cold needed; no cooking.
Food
1,995 kcalper adult per day from 8 shelf-stable lines; quantities calculated.
Daily work
85 mina day; 120 min available.
2 · Water stock, quality and access
212 LReady-to-eat: no cooking heat; water for drinking and cleanup, packaging and daily work still remain.
5 · Sanitation, separate waste streams and finite holding
56 LSeparate greywater

Food quantities fully calculated for the example; prices and the waste route are still open.

Route 3 Dry food that needs cooking

Power stations to buy
$0No stations. Cooking equipment: not calculated.
Energy
UnknownCold: none. Cooking heat: not calculated.
Food
Not calculatedThis menu needs heat and water, so the pack stops instead of guessing.
Daily work
UnknownCooking and cleanup time not calculated.
2 · Water stock, quality and access
UnknownDry food: no cold does not mean no heat, water or work. A cooked menu is not calculated; obtain a supported cooking and water plan before replacing the ready-to-eat menu.
5 · Sanitation, separate waste streams and finite holding
UnknownDry food: no cold does not mean no heat, water or work. A cooked menu is not calculated; obtain a supported cooking and water plan before replacing the ready-to-eat menu.

Not supported in this pack yet. A cooked menu needs its own plan for: heat source, fuel, cooking water, cleanup water, cooking time, indoor air and ventilation for any flame. The no-cook route stays available.

Compare the same household: cold for the first 24 hours plus the shelf-stable menu; the menu without cold; dry food requiring cooking. Cold may retain a chosen refrigerated item only if its actual temperature history and food-specific rule allow it. This model does not calculate the value or safety of that item.

Route 1: dated prices exist for 37 lines (as of Oct 29, 2026; tax and delivery not included). 0 lines and 5 cost categories such as local work, permits and tax have no price, so no route shows a full cost.

Check it yourself

If we switch to dry grain, do we still need heat and water? Yes — and this pack does not calculate them yet; it stops instead of guessing.

A page the second adult can follow

If the organizer is away, adult B runs the plan from this card, not from memory. The switching schedule appears only when the plan is ready to act on.

FAMILY excerptSYNTHETIC-HOME-14 · Training example

If the organizer is absent, the second adult follows this paper, not memory.

No switching schedule for the family yet. The energy arithmetic above is conditional; the schedule appears once the cold route, your own measurements and the house fit are recorded.

Evidence still to obtain

Human usability, native-language review, actual household operation, qualified local acceptance and willingness to pay remain untested. Internal checks and a price do not prove them.

A future upgrade may credit an eligible actually paid product amount. Tax, fee and eligibility rules are not settled. This preview creates no payable quote or credit.

POWER-COLD

Excerpt from the actual synthetic role file · SYNTHETIC-POWER-COLD · PAYMENTS-LIVE-02-R1

For the second adult

If the adult remaining at home or required help is absent, do not depart on this task and do not perform an action that needs two people alone. Reassign the duty explicitly first. Expenditure already made remains recorded; the independent food reserve remains available under its own conditions.

For the local specialist

D1 — preliminary survey. Recipient: competent local electrical/backup contractor for the actual scope. Return exact appliance/manual IDs, run/defrost W and VA, start method/duration, representative window records, available original connection, ventilation/access/operator constraints and why direct service fits or fails. Quote survey/design separately from equipment/install. Hold point: do not order a fixed installation from a walkthrough or unknown start data. Record who owns each unanswered question and what evidence will answer it.

HOME-14

Excerpt from the actual synthetic role file · SYNTHETIC-HOME-14 · PAYMENTS-LIVE-02-R1

For the second adult

No signal: do not infer the network works from a charged phone. Use the written meeting/return arrangement below. The adult staying home keeps this sheet; an overdue traveler follows the stated return action, not an improvised search.

For the local specialist

H1 — household/access survey: actual family/care needs, lifting/reach, zones, clear exits and local authority map. H2 — water/pantry preparation: exact containers/labels, inventory, meal/opening/cleanup trial and observed consumption. H3 — sanitation/habitability review: three waste streams, actual usable holding/access/destination and heat/smoke/exit conditions. H4 — staged setup and clean tabletop: no hazardous physical experiment; record scope and failures. H5 — second-adult paper handover, drills, upkeep and change ownership. Each stage returns measured/supplied/unknown facts separately, named action, responsible role and a clear next hold point; it is not permission to perform licensed work.

A plan that travels with the work.

  1. 01

    Check the task and profile

Start with the smaller scope. If free guidance is enough, stop there.

  2. 02

    Record your own inputs

Measure demand and identify the exact equipment. An unknown stays visible.

  3. 03

    Share the defined work

A local specialist reviews the named questions and responsibility for their work.

  4. 04

    Keep the family copy offline

Keep both pages of the family card and the food decision/log sheets.

Applicability

For readers in the Americas and Eurasia. The electrical reference uses US/Oregon equipment, 120 V/60 Hz and US price examples; check local applicability.

Power & Cold: the narrow refrigerator/charging task, with measured inputs and compatibility checks. Existing equipment can be retained where supported.

HOME-14: a suitable detached house and an established household profile. An apartment or unassessed property in Oregon is not admitted by geography alone.

A free starting point is a valid choice.

Oregon’s Be 2 Weeks Ready toolkit covers basic preparedness. Use the example to decide whether connected technical materials add anything for your task.

Oregon · Be 2 Weeks Ready ↗

Trust the material, not a badge.

Dated sources, explicit unknowns and replaceable versions. This reference has internal software and consistency checks; human, native-language, qualified and physical reviews are not established.

Before you decide

Does “14” mean battery runtime?

No. It is a preparation and supply horizon. The R2 example is a narrow conditional 24-hour design. Actual runtime and food safety need their own evidence.

What work remains mine?

Provide measurements and preferences, check local applicability, choose a supported option, and commission the named review or work. Equipment and professional work cost extra.

Do I need an account?

No account or email is needed for the example. A new account has an empty library. Future purchases will require a verified account.

What happens after download?

Digital self-guided materials. No voluntary try-and-return or 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact support for non-delivery, defects, overpayment or another payment exception; mandatory rights are unaffected. The downloaded copy remains yours, with updates for 12 calendar months. Public sales remain closed; seller and launch details require a separate launch decision.
